Satellite Meeting: 1st Symposium on Plant Extracellular Vesicles

The 1st Symposium on Plant EVs is organized by the Plant EVs Task Force of ISEV. The main thematic will be on the distinct properties of plant EVs. The programme will start with a short overview on the scope and activity of the Plant EV Task force, an efficient and inclusive framework to promote knowledge exchange in the field.

This will be followed by 5-6 short lectures that will showcase recent research results on the role of plant EVs in physiology, stress and defence, cross-kingdom communication and will address key challenges in the development of plant EVs specific protein markers.
Finally, a round table with invited experts will highlight the relevance of plant EVs in agriculture, environment and one health.
