After more than 20 years of EV science and a rapid growth of the research field, several questions in EV science still remain. In this session, we will identify the key questions in the field and discuss together with long-standing experts and the audience how these could be solved. While we are aiming at translating EV science into biomedical applications, it will be essential to resolve these key issues.
